A: If you recieved the wrong item please email us here. Make sure to provide a clear summary of what happened, photos, and your order information.

Q: Where can I find sizing?

A: We provide sizing for each product in it's product description.

Q: Do you have any mens clothing?

A: At the moment, we do not have any clothing specifically designed for men. We are working on creating a collection for men!

Q: My size says "sold out" when will it be restocked?

 A: If the item you desire says "sold out" it is truly sold out and we do not carry any extras to send you. Depending on the item it may be restocked or it may not. We suggest you take note of the item you want and revisit our site in two weeks and see if it is available again. If we do restock, it is usually every two weeks.

US/International Shipping

Q: Is packaging branded?

A: Yes, our packages are branding with official "LoveSea" designs. It will be clear as to what packages come from us. 

Q: How long does it take to process my order?

A: Processing orders can take anywhere from 3-5 business days from when they are recieved.

Q: How long does it take to ship my order?

A: For US orders you can expect your order to be delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your specific location and the efficiency of the USPS.

For international orders you can expect your order to be delivered within 7-15 business days depending on your specific location and the efficiency of the shipping services.

Q: When will I recieve a tracking number?

A: All orders shipped with the USPS Priority Mail include tracking (USPS First Class shipping does not include tracking). As soon as your order ships you should recieve an email confirmation to the email you entered during checkout with your tracking number attached. Please note, your tracking number is not the same as your order number. 

Q: Will I recieve a shipping notification?

A: Yes, you will recieve a confirmation email once we have recieved your order. You will then recieve another email once we have shipped out your order. If you do not recieve one or both of these emails please contact us here!
