Our Return & Refund Policy:
Our return and refund policy states that we will not refund or accept returns for orders where the fault is not on our end.
Orders that can be returned and/or refunded:
- Any orders that arrive damaged
- Any orders sent with incorrect items (design or sizing)
Orders that can not be returned and/or refunded:
- Any orders where the customer completes the ordering process
- Any orders where the customer does not type in discount codes
- Any orders that were made to arrive for a specific date (such as Holidays) are not eligible for refund and/or return unless the delivery time exceeded our estimated processing, shipping, and delivery times. These estimated processing, shipping, and delivery times can be found here.
- If a customer completes the ordering process using an inaccurate physical address we will try our best to change it, but if notified too late we will not be able to do anything.If this happens to you, please contact us here.
- If a customer orders the incorrect size and completes the ordering process we will try our best to change it, but if notified too late we will not be able to do anything.
